The successful candidate will be entrusted with the responsibility of ensuring strict adherence to GDPR protocols and leading ISO Standard compliance. Moreover, this role is instrumental in the establishment and progression of new services, marking a significant contribution to the organisation's growth and the enhancement of patient care.
The ideal candidate will have a track record of conducting independent clinical examinations and engaging effectively with clients. Experience in policy and services development and implementation is crucial, as is the ability to thrive in multicultural environments.
Candidates should be NMC Registered Nurses or other HCPC registered professionals, possessing a postgraduate qualification in a relevant field.
A PGCE or equivalent, coupled with QTS or a related qualification, is essential. Additionally, a Level 3 Safeguarding certification is required to ensure the highest standards of patient safety and care.A minimum of 5 years of clinical experience sets the foundation for this role, alongside proven leadership skills.
