Description:
The Head of Clinical Partnerships is integral to the relationship development and management of the FAS supply chain partners, with an effective and clinically sound service delivery being the central focus of the role. You will be will to interact with internal and external stakeholders, providing assurance, influence and challenge that contributes to the successful achievement of Target performance levels (TPL's) , KPIs and clinical and operational effectiveness.
To be considered for this role , it is essential that you are an experienced registered Clinician with sound knowledge and experience of Work Capability Assessments and Special Benefits.
The closing date for applications is Sunday 24th December and Interviews are expected to take place WC 8th January 2024. What you'll be doing:
- Support senior clinical staff in the management of all clinical quality and performance elements of the WCA/SB delivery
- Support the business in terms of providing expertise on WCA/SB requirements
- Collaborating with senor clinical staff to ensure the Clinical Governance Quality and Standards Framework and Quality Improvement Plans are adhered to and evidenced by supply chains.
- Ensure supply chain comply with Capita Group Clinical Risk Assessment controls, validate regularly, and escalate any risks in a timely manner.
- Ensures supply chain share best practice and work collaboratively implementing FAS and actively work towards the DWP agenda.
- Implements structures and strategies to improve individual and organisational performance
- Drive a culture of high performance.
- Adhere to all Capita policies and procedures.
What we're looking for:
- An experienced and registered clinician with a proven track record in Work Capability Assessments and Special Benefits(WCA/SB)
- Evidence of ongoing professional registration (NMC, GMC) and CPD
- Sound knowledge and understanding of (TPLs) Target Performance levels and Subcontractor operation.
- Sound understanding of how to improve clinical quality.
- Significant change management experience and ability to navigate through change and an ever-evolving business.
- Significant stakeholder management experience - Can influence and understand challenging senior leadership teams.
- A proven track record of leading, coaching and developing Clinical teams and individuals with specialist skills.
- Strong customer relationship management skills and experience of influencing, negotiating, and developing effective working relationships with key stakeholders.
- Significant knowledge and understanding of training processes including learning needs analysis, design, and delivery.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexibility to travel 2-3 times per month to client meetings (Birmingham/London)
