Description:
Our client based in South Manchester is currently looking for a Head of Change Management. You will be responsible for change management across the company, including all Project and BAU Change activities. You will be responsible for implementing programme/change management and continual improvement as software is updated.
Responsibilities:
- Planning and Organising, Effective project management and governance of Change activities, ranging from strategic projects through to continuous BAU change.
- Communicate with users across the Society to understand the needs of departments and the Society as a whole and facilitate effective planning.
- Analyse business processes and ensure they are mapped effectively onto the available software products
- Analyse supplier roadmaps release notes and translate them into internal roadmaps.
- Responsible for the delivery and execution of the company Change programme
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to understand and investigate feedback on the service/function/product provided.
- Produce written documentation to support your work, report on your findings and present to stakeholders when necessary.
Skills and Experience:
- Experience in leading and implementing Programme Management across organisations, involving multiple business units
- Change management experience
- Project management experience
- Change management or project management background
- Proactive with the confidence to challenge the status quo and identify business process improvements
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork capabilities and a ‘can do’ attitude
