They are now looking for a Head of Business Development to join their ambitious and growing consultancy. This is a critical leadership role in shaping the future of the business and driving growth in the infrastructure sector.

 

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in business development, particularly in the infrastructure, rail, or highways sectors.
  • A deep understanding of procurement and project delivery in complex markets.
  • A talent for building lasting relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • A strategic mindset with a track record of identifying new opportunities and driving growth.
  • Exceptional communication skills to articulate compelling propositions.

 

Desirable qualifications:

  • Extensive experience working with Tier 1/2 contractors or major infrastructure clients.
  • Familiarity with bidding processes
  • Familiarity with Sales Platforms: Hubspot, Scoro, LinkedIn
