Responsibilities:
- Lead market penetration strategy in the UK, leveraging existing partnerships and identifying new channel partners to drive sales and expand market reach.
- Collaborate with Channel Partners to ensure effective positioning and sales of Our Client's software solutions, emphasising smart building analytics and design consultancy services.
- Provide comprehensive sales support, including training internal teams and Customer Success Management (CSM), to optimise sales effectiveness and client satisfaction.
- Foster a sustainable and value-driven culture within the UK team, aligning with Our Client's core values and commitment to sustainability.
- Utilise 15+ years of experience in the smart building technology sector to establish the company as a key player in the UK market, maintaining strategic partnerships with industry leaders.

- 15+ years of experience in smart building technology.
- Proven expertise in channel management, sales strategy, and team leadership.
- Strong familiarity with smart building technology companies and their respective markets.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and process-driven approach.
