Description:
The successful candidate will work alongside a team of 5 people. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in the Retail Luxury industry as an area manager/ retail manager looking for the next step in their career. This role requires a manager with strong people management skills, as well as extensive luxury clientelling and boutique experience.
The Role
- Act as an ambassador by proactively representing the Brand and customer service values
- Ensure policies, operational standards, and procedures are communicated, understood & and implemented whilst also proposing any improvement actions
- A prominent figure on the floor, leading the team with a collaborative approach and representing the Brand inside and outside the Boutique
- Supervise loss asset protection and risk management
- Drive the team to think commercially, consistently considering opportunities to add value
- Being able to drive business priorities (achieving monthly and yearly boutique turnover and quality KPI targets set by the brand), embodying a culture of consistent clienteling and exceptional service
- Have a thorough understanding of all operational procedures and systems, ensuring the Store Operations are perfectly followed to enable the team to perform at their best on the shop floor
- Establish a Client-centric mindset in the store to ensure the highest level of customer experience and achieve Client retention objectives
- Be aware of the competitive landscape and market trends
- Developing his / her clients and lead by example
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years experience in management
- Previous experience elevating service level and CRM capability in the team-high expectations
