Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join this team in the role of GTRF Business Development Director (Working Capital Specialist)
In this role, you will:
- Proactively identify and develop new Trade and Receivables Finance opportunities for HSBC
- Manager and develop a portfolio of clients within the Mid-Market Corporate Segment
- Act as the face of the bank, positioning HSBC as the key GTRF provider, establishing new client relationships and strengthening existing ones
- Assisting in establishing new business relationships and strengthening existing ones, whilst ensuring fair outcomes for all types of customers
- Assisting in the communication of new products, propositions and relevant market information to customers
- Supporting distribution channel business development strategies
- Supporting plans and strategies to generate new business, as well as increasing revenue for existing ones, in order to achieve asset growth, sales or revenue targets
- Protecting the bank's reputation and ensuring an acceptable risk profile, whilst deepening your understanding of the client through credit and customer due diligence reviews
Requirements
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
- Knowledge of GTRF services, products and techniques – specifically Trade & Receivables Finance.
- Ability to interact with business customers at a senior and strategic level
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Detailed knowledge of Financial Crime Risk and Credit Risk including techniques to mitigate risk
- Experience in driving team and individual performance to achieve customer and financial targets.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a particular emphasis upon inspiring, influencing and negotiating in dealing with customers and colleagues
- Proven ability to deliver creative and flexible customer solutions
