Description:
As the GSI Partner Lead for the EMEA region, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and nurturing strategic partnerships with Global Systems Integrators (GSIs). You will be responsible for developing and executing partner strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market reach, and increase adoption of CockroachDB across the region. This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with leading technology companies and shape the future of distributed database solutions. This role will be supporting the EMEA region and is remote, but you must be based in the UK to be eligible.
You Will
- Develop and execute GSI engagement strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration in the EMEA region.
- Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations, including executives, sales leaders, and technical teams.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align partner initiatives with business objectives and go-to-market strategies.
- Drive joint sales and marketing activities with partners to generate leads, accelerate deal cycles, and maximize revenue opportunities.
- Provide partner enablement and training to ensure effective positioning and selling of CockroachDB solutions.
- Monitor and analyze partner performance, pipeline, and revenue metrics, and provide regular reporting to senior leadership.
- Act as a trusted advisor to partners, offering strategic guidance and support to drive mutual success and customer satisfaction.
You Have
- 8-10+ years in pre-sales, post-sales, and/or partnership roles within the cloud technology space
- Tenured and successful relationships with GSIs across EMEA
- Good understanding of cloud ecosystems, including Azure, AWS, and GCP
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally and demonstrate leadership
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on revenue growth and business impact
- Ability to travel as needed
