Group Senior Architectural Technician

You will be working within a close-knit team, assisting with the general day to day running of the group Technical Development department to ensure it fully supports the needs, aspirations, and targets in line with the 5-year plan set out by the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the BIM (Revit) library of:
• Group house type range(s)
• Ensuring the house type range(s) and associated details/designs/specifications are accurate, updated to regulatory/partner requirements and suitable to support the regional business needs.
• Create, acquire, and develop BIM content as required to support development of models and house type range.

Experience & Skills

• Excellent Revit skills with a demonstrated experience of developing systems and the management of libraries.
• Expert knowledge of residential building regulations and NHBC standards.
