Just five minutes from the station and seven minutes to Norwich City Centre, our Norwich office is not only a place of creativity but convenience (with parking too!).

What are we looking for? Someone who excels in detail, thinks commercially, and possesses expertise in layout, typography, and digital design. If you have a talent for branding and logo design, that's ideal! With over 5 years of industry experience and a positive can-do attitude, you're the designer we are seeking.

Responsibilities

Awareness: Keep your finger on the pulse of current industry trends, technology standards, social media dynamics and market shifts.

Communication: We want you to be the bridge between our clients and our talented team. Strong communication and project management skills are vital.

Consistency: Work hand-in-hand with the team to create eye-catching designs across various media outlets.

Creating: Craft compelling brand identities and stunning designs, across both print and digital media assets that leave a lasting impression.

Innovation: Be self-disciplined, proactive and always bringing fresh ideas to the table.

Teamwork: Provide support to your creative comrades because great ideas thrive on collaboration.

Required Skills and Experience

Adobe: Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite – InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.

Briefing: Take ownership of a brief and drive through to completion.

Experience: A minimum of 5+ years in the graphic design industry (if you're a design prodigy, we're all ears!)

Ideation: Demonstrate not just design skills, but also conceptual thinking with flawless execution.

Bonus: Experience in After Effects and video editing would be ideal (not mandatory, but a bonus).
