Description:
We are looking to hire a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team on a full-time, permanent basis at our Leeds office. As part of a diverse team of creatives specialising in design, animation, copywriting, and post-production, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients. Your primary role will be to work closely with other designers and the wider team to generate original, impactful ideas and execute them flawlessly. You will work on various projects, including branding, digital, print, campaign, marketing, and social media.
We are looking for an ambitious, highly organised candidate, an excellent team player and communicator, and a fantastic problem solver with exceptional design thinking skills. You should be able to develop original and creative ideas and embrace a variety of work in a fast-paced and dynamic creative environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Work closely with our other designers and wider team to create outstanding design solutions and generate creative ideas.
- Be involved at all stages of the creative process - from dissecting a brief to creating concepts, setting the visual style, and delivering final designs to the required formats.
- Develop and maintain Brawl's visual identity for consistent branding.
- Actively contribute your knowledge and passion to team creative brainstorms.
- Design materials and assets for both digital and print.
- Create engaging visuals for a range of projects.
- Create new brands and develop existing ones. Implement successful brand guidelines and practices.
- Visualise client requirements by generating design solutions and ideas.
- Complete projects on time and to a high standard.
Experience and qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or similar.
- 1-3+ years of agency experience
- A strong portfolio showcasing exceptional creativity, innovative ideas, and outstanding design capabilities.
- Availability to work full time in our Leeds office, Monday-Friday.
- Strong knowledge of the Adobe Creative suite with a specific focus on Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
- Versatile experience across B2B, brand, social, campaign, and digital projects.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team but also independently when required. Good communication is key.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills are a must.
- Ability to efficiently manage multiple projects with strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
