Graphic Designer

Description:

As a graphic designer in the International and Global Specialties Sales Desk, you will be responsible for collaborating with account teams from across the International and Specialty businesses to develop a wide variety of materials. The primary focus is on Request for Proposal (RFP) response development as it is often through the RFP process that we can win new business and retain existing business. RFP responses can take the form of written / digital reports, presentations, or as a hybrid, with tailored accompanying collateral. We welcome candidates from all sectors outside of financial services bringing valuable experience and creative skills to our Sales Desk team.

What can you expect?
 

• The graphic designer will also be responsible for providing support for internal presentation design, other company branded sales tools, sourcing and/or designing new assets such as customisable graphics templates, images, digital assets etc., and also maintaining these assets within our libraries including SharePoint.
• As a member of the Sales Desk team, you will also provide education to colleagues surrounding company branding, templates, and basic design principles. Colleague training can take the form of in-person presentations, live meetings via Zoom, recorded videos, or digital manuals.

What you need to have:
 

• Solid experience from having worked in Graphic design and able to translate those skills into first class PowerPoint presentations and other DTP tools.
• Ability to manage time and calendar to deliver content on time. Confidence when presenting and public speaking.
• Ability to prioritise effectively and work on multiple project deliverables with tight deadlines.
• Evolving and up to date knowledge on industry best practice, latest trends and progression in the design sector.
• Ability to work on multiple projects at once, both independently and in a team.
