Description:
The Graduate Taught Programmes Manager works closely with the Director of Operations and key senior colleagues in the Faculty to deliver exceptional administrative support to students and staff on our postgraduate taught programmes, including our LLM. As a key member of the Faculty’s Professional Services Leadership Team, the role holder leads the Laws Graduate Office consisting of the LLM Admissions and Programmes teams (currently a team of 6). This post oversees the effective and efficient delivery of a high quality, student-centred administrative service for both prospective and current LLM students. As well as leading the team to support the full student life cycle, quality assurance processes and teaching and learning on the taught postgraduate programmes, the role holder also contributes to the development and implementation of Faculty strategies and policies in relation to postgraduate admissions, programme delivery and study abroad.
We are looking for an experienced Higher Education professional who is able to manage a dedicated team through building positive working relationships with all staff at all levels. Leading through example, the role holder will have excellent management, communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to guide team members to deliver high quality support across a wide range of priorities. With strong organisational and leadership skills, you will be able to operationalise policy decisions and contribute to strategy development by drawing on a deep understanding of teaching and learning administration
