Graduate Software Developer

Description:

This role involves working in a team supported by talented Mid-level and Senior developers, with the chance to learn new skills on the job, as well as access to formal training. You’ll be contributing to the development of new features, and maintenance of our product, the Cascadence platform. You will be working in an Agile environment, in a cross disciplined team that prides itself on collaborative work.

Responsibilities / Job Role

We understand that as a Graduate, you are unlikely to have had exposure to our full tech stack, so if you don’t tick off all of the experience below, but still feel you could bring something to our company, please don’t hesitate to apply;

• A relevant degree such as Computer Science, however applicants with degrees outside of this area, but able to show clear interest in their personal time will be strongly considered.
• Some experience using either front or back end languages. Our stack is React/Python/AWS, although experience in other languages and an interest in our stack would also be great!
• A basic understanding of working to Agile/Lean/DevOps principles and practices.
• Some experience working with databases (we use SQL).
• Contributing to the achievement of business objectives, by assisting members of the team and wider business, in particular by providing technical support and working with Senior Developers to help deliver projects.
