Graduate Finance Assistant

 

Description:

Our client is a multinational energy group is headquartered in central London, with operations globally. Due to growth, the company is recruiting an Interim Finance Assistant to join their high-performing finance team on a short term basis.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Capture and organize screenshots of system processes and documentation.
  • Assist with documenting, copying, and pasting content into relevant documentation.
  • Organize and maintain electronic files to support SOX compliance.
  • Perform basic data entry and formatting tasks using Microsoft Office applications.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure accurate and timely documentation.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

 

Role Requirements

  • Recent Bachelor's Degree from a UK University is essential
  • Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office functions (Word and Excel).
  • Ability to take and organize screenshots efficiently.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Basic understanding of document formatting and file management.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
  • Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
