• Provide expertise on payroll policies, compliance and regulations, ensuring that the new system meets legal standards.
• Collaborate with technical teams to configure the payroll solution based on best practices.
• Integrate the payroll system with HR and finance systems.
• Conduct QA checks on payroll calculations, tax and other financials.
• Developing test cases, creating test data and facilitate UAT.
• Provide training to payroll staff and end-users on the new payroll software and manage external vendor relationships.
