Global Marketing Manager

Founded in 2015, The Romans is an award-winning PR and advertising agency backed by Mother, one of the most renowned advertising firms. We have collaborated with some of the world's most exciting brands, delivering innovative, high-impact earned media campaigns.

We are looking for a Global Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts across multiple geographies. The role focuses on driving integrated marketing programs, content creation, and communications to support business growth, client engagement, employee experience, and talent attraction.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ PR & Media Relations: Build relationships with PR trade titles and ensure creative work is featured in top industry publications (e.g., PR Week’s Friday Campaigns Roundup).
✔ Spokesperson Management: Handle reactive industry requests, positioning a Romans spokesperson with relevant industry insights.
✔ Awards & Recognition: Work closely with the Creative and Design teams to write, design, and submit high-standard award entries.
✔ Social Media Management: Oversee The Romans' social media channels, managing a monthly content calendar, announcing global launches, and promoting people news.
✔ Marketing Collateral & Credentials: Update company credentials annually and write/update case studies throughout the year.
✔ Event Support: Assist divisional heads in organizing events, including inviting prospects, promoting before and after, and managing event logistics.

Requirements:

✔ 2+ years of experience in a similar marketing role (ideally in a PR agency or related industry).
✔ Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
✔ Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with media and stakeholders.
✔ Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
✔ Must have the right to live and work in the UK.
