An independent non-profit CIC, launched in 2017, we’ve already built a community of over 5,000 people and businesses, scattered across more than 70 countries and 120 industries. We’ve forged collaborations and partnerships with some of Wales’ leading organisations and government initiatives, including Welsh Government, Hay Festival, Cardiff Capital Region, M-Sparc (Bangor University), Prince’s Trust Cymru.

Join us as Global Marketing & Community Executive and your role will be at the heart of what we do and how we do it. Driving forward our membership recruitment and delivery, being front and centre of managing our global community, working with some of Wales’ most successful people and innovative organisations and growing your own professional network, in Wales and around the world.

No two days are the same …

You’ll be a key part of a small, dynamic, friendly team, reporting to the Head of Community & Operations, it’s your chance to take responsibility for the day-to-day management of our global community platform, from developing relationships with members, stakeholders and external suppliers, to day-to-day social media engagement – right through to managing the evolution of the platform, including influencing the features and functions we choose to develop.

You’ll also enjoy the freedom to create member communications, organise and host member events, manage social media content, oversee agency relationships – and manage member enquiries and requests – in a wide-ranging role that will develop your skills to the full.

What do you need? A passion for Wales, an understanding of business and a strong blend of organisation and communication (ideally in Welsh as well as English) skills – and if you have some digital design experience even better!
