The Role

You will be responsible for:

  • Leading the DeskSide Support (DSS) service to provide to support to the global locations, providing technical support for escalated issues from the desktop team.
  • Identifying opportunities to streamline or improve current portfolio processes.
  • You will be at the heart of the global IT organisation, and will provide help to location globally.

  • Have experience with ServiceNow
  • Have experience in a similar role for 2+ years
  • Have leaderships skills, and proven ability to mentor and lead a team effectively e.g. delegate tasks efficiently and manage a team's workload.
  • Fluent in English
