Global Ecommerce Manager

Superb opportunity for an ambitious and experienced ecom manager to join a health tech brand. Surrounded by an experienced e-commerce & marketing team you will own the end to end site for a few Global territories. This is a hugely successful Global health brand who design and develop drug-free tech product to improve peoples health. After x20 years they have had massive growth with exciting plans to grow German and French markets. With a cross functional team in place (CRM, Sales, Marketing) you will lead the ecom management of both sites. As one of the fastest growing companies they operate and sell across Amazon, D2C, retail and more channels. You'll be joining an established Ecom & digital team to maximise the commercial performance of the site driving sales and improving journeys.

 

The role:

 

  • Working closely with the senior manager and head of Ecom to define a robust growth strategy for ecom
  • Work collaboratively with country leads in France and Germany to help deliver successful campaigns hitting commercial targets
  • Create actional ecommerce growth plans improving the customer journeys
  • Deliver a conversion optimisation testing roadmap to ensure that the sites deliver the best shopping experience for our customer.
  • Review, critique and present weekly and monthly performance to the Head of International Marketing and the Senior Leadership Team,
  • Use analytics, heatmaps and user feedback to improve the conversion of our websites.
  • Identify feature developments that will unlock growth
  • Own and optimize the promotions calendar, collaborating with creative and marketing teams to execute it.

 

You?

 

  • Experienced Ecom broad manager across EU sites including France and Germany
  • Advanced numerical and analytical skills, to manage multiple data sets and drive insight.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of managing the delivery of insight and presenting to senior Stakeholders.
  • In-Depth experience working with Google Analytics to produce reports, find gaps in the on-site journey and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple executions simultaneously
