The successful candidate will possess a depth of demonstrable experience across B2B website development, optimisation and management.

The role will be a combination of strategic direction with an element of hands on execution and liaison across internal teams.

Roles & responsibilities:

  • Digital Strategy and Vision: Develop and articulate a clear and innovative digital strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives
  • Define the vision for the digital customer experience, setting ambitious goals and KPIs
  • Customer-Centric UX/UI Design: Lead the UX/UI design process, ensuring a seamless and intuitive digital experience for users
  • Collaborate closely with design and development teams to implement best-in-class digital interfaces
  • Omnichannel Integration: Drive the integration of digital experiences across various channels, ensuring consistency and coherence in messaging and branding
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilise data analytics and customer insights to inform digital experience enhancements and drive conversion optimisation
  • Monitor key performance metrics and implement improvements based on data-driven insights
  • Technology Stack Management: Oversee the selection, implementation, and optimisation of digital tools and technologies to enhance user experience
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in the digital space to ensure the company remains at the forefront of innovation
  • Collaborate with other departments to align digital initiatives with broader organisational goals
  • Digital Marketing Integration: Work closely with the marketing team to align digital experiences with marketing strategies, ensuring a cohesive customer journey
  • Drive initiatives to enhance customer engagement, retention, and advocacy through digital channels

 

Skills & experience:

  • Experience designing & managing corporate websites for large organisations
  • Marketing undergraduate degree, or CIM qualification
  • B2B experience
  • UX/UI experience with best practice implementation and improvement of conversion metrics KPIs
  • Experience integrating with social media channels and ability to increase on site engagement via social listening & data analysis
  • Strong understanding of SEO & website optimisation
  • Data first mindset
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work with senior stakeholders
  • Good organisation and project management skills
