    • PFMEAs

    • Tooling and equipment documents

    • Health, safety, and environmental (HSE) documentation

  • Identify opportunities to automate and digitise inspection processes to improve efficiency.

  • Own the technology roadmap to support the industrialisation of the UltraFan® composite system.

  • Share best practices across the inspection and engineering community.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • Degree, HND, or HNC in Engineering or a related discipline.

  • Solid experience in manufacturing engineering, ideally in an aerospace environment.

  • Strong knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) and ability to interpret CAD models for inspection planning.

  • Experience in composite tooling design for inspection purposes.

  • Familiarity with Technology Readiness Levels (TRL) and maturing technologies for industrial use.

  • Understanding of Zero Defect strategies and continuous improvement in manufacturing.

  • Experience with aerospace quality systems and process control.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary and bonus scheme.

  • Hybrid working model (4 days onsite, 1 day remote).

  • Career development and training opportunities.

  • Inclusive, innovative, and diverse work culture.

  • Access to employee discounts and support assistance programs.
