Xcede is exclusively partnering with a renowned client to build a new team for an innovative greenfield project. We are seeking skilled JavaScript/Node Engineers for Frontend roles to support our client's ambitious digital transformation efforts.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Join a team dedicated to shaping and creating esure's future products and services.
- Design and develop groundbreaking digital and technical products with a customer-centric approach.
- Assist in setting the technical direction for products and services.
- Engage in greenfield development projects, building both internal and external APIs from scratch.
- Develop a reliable and effective automated test suite to support continuous deployment.
- Continuously enhance the team's methodologies by staying updated on new technology trends, best practices, and opportunities to eliminate technical debt.
- Share your knowledge within the team and exchange ideas with like-minded professionals.
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Front End Developer in a scaled Agile environment.
- Proficiency with a Front End technical stack, including React, Node, and JavaScript.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with code quality practices such as continuous integration, unit testing, and peer reviews.
- Experience in designing and developing distributed, scalable, and highly available systems.
