Frontend Developer

Agilis are supporting a key client in Worcetser in their search for a front end developer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and debugging responsive web and mobile applications for the company. Using html/Xhtml, Sass/Less, Json/JavaScript/jQuery, GIT Version Control. This candidate will be able to translate user and business needs into functional frontend design.

Responsibilities/Experience:

• Designing, developing, and testing UI for mobile and web applications
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use
• Backend development experience using PHP, Mysql as well as experience in building bespoke WordPress websites and plugins (Not just templates)
• Development and maintain responsive web applications for all major browsers, platforms and devices.
• Laravel, React, VUE or similar frameworks.
• Accurately translate user and business needs into functional frontend code

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science
• 2+ years' experience in frontend development
• Familiarity using Scrum/Agile development methodologies
• Experience building object oriented web applications in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
