We're on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Front of House Manager to lead our service team.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the FOH team to ensure seamless service.
  • Train, motivate, and lead staff to maintain high service standards.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and management team to optimize overall performance.
  • Implement and enforce service policies and procedures.

 

Requirements:

  • +2 years experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic environment.
