This is a hybrid role; with remote working and some onsite presence in our central Leeds offices.
About the role

As Front-End Technical Lead, you’ll have the opportunity to oversee all technical aspects of the in-house development team and its projects. You will -

• Analyse project briefs, identify risks and resources that are required

• Co-ordinate with other Technical Leads, Product Owners and Senior Managers to help plan and maintain our technical and feature roadmaps to ensure our business goals are met and delivered on time

• Review technical incidents and report to stakeholders and dev team members

• Coach, develop and motivate the team, as well as build lasting relationships with each team member

• Inform roadmaps and timelines for large projects
