Freelance Performing Arts Teacher

We are currently seeking a Freelance Performing Arts Teacher to join our team. This is a part-time role based in Sheffield. As a Freelance Performing Arts Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality performing arts education to our students. Your day-to-day tasks will include planning and leading lessons, exploring various creative techniques, and helping students develop their skills and creativity. This is an on-site position, and you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of students and make a positive impact on their lives through performing arts. The appointee will be expected to have an interest and experience in working with children and young people. We welcome applications from those with lived experience, from diverse backgrounds and those with disabilities.

Experience

Our company has a fifteen-year reputation for being a supportive place to work and we offer mentoring and coaching to support all of our staff. The chosen applicant must be prepared to have a DBS check, although already holding one on the update system would be an advantage. Safeguarding and First Aid Training would be desired and an advantage, but not essential.
