We are looking for new coaches to join our Team and support the growth of our business.

Personality and mentality are more important to us than qualifications and previous roles.

We started Tekky Sessions to provide high quality and game realistic training. We don't do things because they've always been done this way, we do things because they make sense and help players.

The coaches we are looking for will be:

• Open-minded with a constant desire to learn and improve
• Curious and sceptical - you will ask 'Why?' and 'What if?' as often as possible
• Looking to receive feedbacks and able to deliver constructive feedbacks
• Creative and adaptable to provide enjoyable and challenging sessions
• Tolerant with mistakes (owns' and players') and with a strong ability to learn from them
