Assist the Food and Beverage Manager in all aspects of the day to day running of the Food and Beverage outlets, ensuring that EH Food and Beverage standards are achieved and maintained, both in the front and back of house, and that all legal requirements are met. You will support the Food and Beverage team to ensure an outstanding eating experience is provided for all our visitors, whilst optimizing opportunities to generate income.Weekend and bank holiday working is essential.As our Supervisor you will contribute to our overall commercial targets, supporting site operations and managing relationships with other teams on site through effective communication and cross-working, and deputizing for the Food and Beverage Manager in their absence.
