We are looking for customer focused individuals dedicated to providing excellent customer service to join our Health and Fitness Centre team.

Cheltenham Ladies’ College has recently made a significant investment into its sporting facilities with its new Health and Fitness Centre. The facility is used by the students at College both as part of their Sport and Physical Activity programme and also during their leisure time. The Centre facilities are also open to members of the public.

As Fitness Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the fitness facility, including managing staff, designing fitness programs, ensuring equipment maintenance, and providing excellent customer service to centre members. You will play a crucial role in creating a positive and motivating environment that helps individuals achieve their fitness goals while adhering to safety protocols and industry standards.

You will work as part of the Management team, undertake a variety of duties and supervising a team to provide the highest levels of customer service to our College students and our Members. You’ll be leading the fitness team to deliver all activities that take place in the gym and studios within the Health and Fitness centre. You will be responsible for recruiting and motivating the very best Fitness Coaches and Personal Trainers, and develop them to make a real difference to the lives of our members. A real passion for health, fitness and wellbeing is a must.
