Description:
We're looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager with a general manager mindset to join a cross-functional group of marketers and back-fill a management role while she is currently focused on a company acquisition. In this role, you will manage the oversight bringing tier 1 product campaigns and branding initiatives to market, including crafting positioning, competitive analysis, and external communications. Leveraging data driven marketing insights to understand customer needs, you'll liaise with stakeholders in Sales, Research and Product to translate both product and business value into go-to-market strategies.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Influence and oversee the effective execution of marketing plans and Tier 1 product campaigns in EMEA & APAC, ensure alignment with the global strategy and key messages.
- Maintain in-depth segment market intelligence (i.e., product, client and competitor expertise) and distilling insights from across the firm to inform product messaging and marketing strategy.
- Design, execute and optimize campaigns, reporting key metrics to leadership.
- Refine positioning, messaging and creative for Real Assets to align with client needs and internal business objectives; work cross-functionally to ensure positioning and messaging is consistent across all client touchpoints.
- Create marketing and sales enablement materials that build the brand and drive customer acquisition.
- Bring a consistent voice to messaging that avoids jargon and makes the complex simple.
- Shape team culture and be a connector who proactively contributes to development of people across MSCI product marketing.
Specific Knowledge And Skills
- Demonstrated understanding and passion for investment solutions, with a preference for marketing experience at a financial institution.
- Demonstrated ability to develop, refine and communicate the various voices and messages of the company to key stakeholders; as well as strong project management skills to coordinate and influence the different teams globally
- Proven experience in managing multiple stakeholders across corporate environments, professional services, etc.
- Excellent program management, administration, and organizational skills
- Ability to embrace and take ownership of projects
- Global awareness and sensitivity in working across time zones and cultures
