Finance Planning and Treasury Manager (Hybrid) The role outline:
- To ensure the Group operates within its own rules, the regulatory framework and complies with its Funders’ requirements.
- Deliver timely, accurate and insightful analysis on performances and resulting liquidity / capacity impacts to a range of internal and external audiences.
- To contribute to business development, improvement of services, achievement of high performance and targets and overall success and growth of business through the application of leadership, business and professional technical skills.
Finance Planning and Treasury Manager (Hybrid) Key Accountabilities:
- To actively support the Head of service in ensuring that the Group’s 30 year Business Plan meets the organisation’s needs, is consistent with the Group’s objectives and is supported by effective financial performance indicators and monitoring systems, including analysis of key sensitivities and stresses.
- To manage and deliver cash flow forecasts for the Group, managing our cash and loan balances, ensuring adequate resourcing and skills, with oversight from the Head of service.
- Work with other teams (predominantly Partnerships and Finance) to ensure a timely and robust monthly process is managed for cashflow reporting, liquidity management and monitoring. Help/oversee development reporting offering support to project managers on financial appraisals as appropriate.
- Ensuring that the Group’s Board and Leadership Team and other internal and external partners are given timely and high standard financial information reports to enable the Group to be managed effectively, with oversight from the Head of Service.
- Work with the Head of Service in maintaining the relationship with the Group’s existing and any new funders, regulator, credit agencies, security trustee and advisors.
- Work with external valuers, funders and solicitors to ensure we have a well managed asset base which is appropriately valued and secured.
