Financial Planning And Analysis Manager

A rapidly growing technology and business services company, operating in the life sciences sector, is recruiting a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager, reporting to the CFO. The business have recently successfully completed a funding round with a well-known VC investment firm.

This is high profile and critical role. Working alongside the CFO, this role is responsible for developing and owning all business performance reporting and leading all FP&A activity. You will provide financial insight on performance, communicating this clearly to the wider business and leadership team.

This will involve development and ownership of robust models and processes the business know will be delivered in timely and reliable manner. You will collaborate with colleagues across the business and provide a clear and insightful commentary.

The role will own all budgeting, forecasting and cash flow analysis activity. You will work closely with the Group Financial Controller to integrate you reports into the month end and reforecasting processes. Due to the nature of this role and the stage of business, there will a be a significant level of ad hoc project work. For example, as the business grows rapidly you will need to ensure all models and forecasts are robust and scalable. You will undertake key analysis into new ventures and international expansion and present this to senior colleagues.
