Description:

The Managing Director is seeking to recruit an established Financial Adviser who can assist with managing their existing book of business and then build upon this by dealing with all the incoming referrals and recommendations. The successful Adviser will be given cases to manage who are primarily based around East Sussex and Kent whilst the other Advisers deal with cases further afield. You will be focused on delivering an ongoing service to their existing clients but also seeking potential new business opportunities. You will ideally be based within 30 - 45 minutes of the offices near Crowborough to be office based to begin with but then you will manage your own affairs thereafter and you can WFH. You will benefit from qualified team of administrators paraplanners who allow the Advisers to focus on advisory activity. The Managing Director has a track record of assisting his Advisers with their development and offering lots of mentorship which he will offer to the successful Adviser for this position. He wishes to emulate the success of an adviser who has been with the business for 18 months who has doubled his income and another adviser who has been with the business for over 5 years has quadrupled his income.
