Zanda is partnering with a top tier consulting firm as they look to hire a Finance Transformation leader to build out their finance advisory offering to their ever expanding client base of Venture & Private Equity backed Startups / Scaleups.

The advisory firm in question has seen rapid growth in recent years with 100% revenue growth year on year for the last 3 years and headcount growing from 25 in 2020 to 100+ currently. In light of the businesses ambitious growth plans to become a £100m turnover group we are looking for an experienced consultant or finance transformation specialist to help build out and deliver their offering.

Experience you will gain

This opportunity will provide the successful candidate with a broad and interesting role including the areas listed below:

• Providing financial consulting advice to CFOs & CEOs in areas such as finance systems, treasury management, month-end, chart of accounts, best in class systems and processes.
• Lead / Provide support on large transformation projects such as M&A, Exit readiness, ERP implementations, International Expansion projects etc.
• Supporting on sales & on-boarding calls including building business' proposals and responding on bids.
• Build, lead and develop a team of finance consultants.
