Finance Systems Support Specialist

Link Worldwide is seeking a Finance Systems Support Specialist to assist in maintaining, supporting, and enhancing financial systems, including D365 F&O, FLOW (proprietary procurement platform), and system integrations. This role involves both daily system operations and contributing to ongoing finance transformation projects. Key Responsibilities:

✅ Finance Systems Support & Maintenance

• Assist in day-to-day BAU (Business As Usual) activities for finance systems.
• Support the Finance Systems Manager in maintaining D365 F&O and FLOW.
• Identify and resolve system and process challenges.

✅ Process & Policy Implementation

• Support the implementation of new processes, policies, and controls.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with financial regulations.

✅ Finance Transformation & Stakeholder Collaboration

• Contribute to the ongoing finance transformation project.
• Assist in system testing, troubleshooting, and process optimization.
• Work closely with stakeholders across global markets to ensure seamless finance operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

✔️ Experience with finance systems (D365 F&O is highly essential).
✔️ Strong knowledge of order-to-cash, treasury, accounts payable (AP), and accounts receivable (AR) processes.
✔️ Finance transformation experience is desirable.
✔️ Solid understanding of data integrity and financial system controls.
✔️ A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
