Finance Manager Change & Transformation

Description:

You'll play a key part in a business-wide programme improving financial reporting processes, systems, processes and controls impacted by international reporting requirements and business growth across jurisdictions. This will involve challenging the status-quo, identifying issues, proposing solutions through innovative and creative methods and delivering the end to end change methodology as required to enable the business to succeed.

You'll partner effectively with the appropriate business divisions and internal customers to ensure that all systems and process changes are effectively designed and delivered through to production in an efficient, cost-effective and timely manner, whilst maintaining accounting integrity and alignment with wider commercial objectives.

This team have regular interaction with senior stakeholders so you’ll need to be comfortable working under pressure and skilled at partnering with senior leadership to deliver theoretical solutions into adopted business as usual.

Required experience:

• Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA or equivalent)
• Complex listed/bluechip company experience (Financial Services adv.)
• Good understanding of financial reporting processes and systems, ideally from an accounting role or otherwise Consulting/Audit in the Big4
• Previous Finance project/change/transformation experience ie system implementation or process improvement (advantage)
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of business and to develop and maintain strong relationships
