The role of Finance Lead - Scandinavia, is a key role in Offshore Finance.

The area of operations covers Denmark, Norway and the Netherlands and any other countries in the region. It is growing significantly, offers great potential for new business and provides strong commercial rewards.

The Finance Lead is responsible for supporting all financial aspects of this approx. $60 million turnover business area and will be the right hand person to the Finance Manager Scandinavia as well as working closely with the Danish Operations Director and the Norwegian General Manager.

The role covers many financial elements as well as many commercial elements and the incumbent will act as a strong support to the Finance Manager as well as a business partner to the organisation. Duties will involve a deep understanding of operations, logistics, business development, HR and more.

This role requires a person with solid financial foundations as well as a commercial mindset and business partnering skills. It will be a fantastic development role for a finance professional looking to advance in a generalist support role heading towards more senior financial and/or management roles.
