Summary
- We are looking for a Finance Business Partner for an arts organisation based in Central London. The role will be responsible for the management accounts, variance analysis, budgeting and forecasting. You will also be working with departments heads on their strategy, supporting from a financial perspective.
- We are looking for a qualified accountant, looking to move out of practice or someone already in industry who is passionate about adding value in a business partnering role.
Our Client
We have partnered with a fantastic arts organisation in central London. You will be based in a beautiful part of London and will be asked to come into the office 3 days a week. Their finance team is ambitious and supportive and will be looking for someone who is keen for career progression.
The Role
- The role will eventually own the budgeting, forecasting and management accounts for the business
- You will be the key point of contact for senior managers to discuss their budgets and challenge them on their finances
- You will support the head of finance, by improving existing processes and procedures and systems
- You will help drive a culture of business partnering across the organisation through excellent relationship building and communication skills
The Successful Candidate
- Qualified Accountant - a member of ICAEW, ACA, ICAS, ACCA, CIMA or CIPFA. (or equivalent).
- Great communication skills and able to evidence working with senior members of staff.
- Strong relationship building skills and an ability to challenge difficult stakeholders.
