Finance Business Partner

Description:

A well-known Real Estate business is recruiting a Finance Business Partner on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract. You will be deliver financial support and control to commercial teams through supporting the budget process and reporting key performance targets. You will work closely with colleagues in Group Finance, FP&A and non-finance teams.

Specifically, you will prepare the budget and communicate key team targets; deliver the division’s quarterly reforecasting (identifying key drivers of performance vs budget) and communicate this across business; prepare Management Information and communicate to various stakeholders including Executive and Joint Venture Partners; and have various responsibilities around business planning. Naturally, due to the nature of this role expect to be involved in various ad hoc projects around new developments, transactions, controls, processes and systems.

The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships. You will have experience in financial analysis and business partnering and demonstrate the ability to utilize these skills in the property industry.
