Finance Business Partner

Description:

Trinity House Group have a fantastic role available in the Leicester area for a Finance Business Partner to join a close knit team within a FTSE 100 business. This role will be require a balance of both financial and management accounting skills as well as analysis in order to maintain financial controls and support key stakeholders. You will be reporting directly into the Finance Manager who is extremely supportive and willing to support your career progression.

You will be:

• Producing insightful reporting for key Business Stakeholders
• Cash flow monitoring and 3rd party management
• Supporting systems projects to deliver customer improvements
• Analysis of new payment options performance
• Provide Ad Hoc analysis as required to support business initiatives or payment incident
• resolution
• Mentor and support part qualified accountants and also our extended team in India
• Support project delivery and post implementation analysis

About You

• Qualified ACA / ACCA / CIMA Accountant
• Experience leading and developing teams
• Excellent planning & organisation skills
• Demonstrates self motivation and an ability to work on own initiative and is confident making decisions
• Exceptional communication skills
• The willingness to learn, improve and adapt to changing business needs.
• Exceptional working knowledge of MS Office suite of products
