Finance Business Partner

FIND is proud to be working with a leading Multi Academy Trust to help recruit a Finance Business Partner to join their hugely successful team at a time of continued growth and expansion. Working with the Head of Finance, the Finance Business Partner supports their schools in the Trust to help develop budgets, planning and financial reporting.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• support school leadership in the annual budget process
• work with the MAT for the wider budget planning
• monthly accounting reporting and analysis
• provide expertise on funding and income
• statutory reporting
• supporting new schools who join the trust

The ideal candidate for this role:

• has worked in a school, academy or college in a finance role
• ideally holds AAT Level 4, or is PQ/ Qualified
• is an excellent communicator
• has strong attention to detail
• possesses a sound understanding of financial systems
• bookkeeping and accounts experience
