Finance Business Partner

Description:

In order to inform, advise and accelerate their strategy they are seeking to make this key appointment of a Finance Business Partner - of Advertising, Events and Partnerships, whose purpose will be to help transform and redevelop this fast growing business division.

Reporting to the CFO, the role will work across the media portfolio, driving in-depth, dynamic and highly commercial analysis, feeding into and influencing key decisions on the financial strategy and longer-term transformation of the organisation. Ultimately responsible for delivery of first class analytical and modelling services and insight to the senior leadership team and Board of Directors.

Specific responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to support and deliver the strategy of the business with a key focus on protecting profits and enabling growth
• Providing commercial and analytical decision support including financial modelling, scenario building
• Review, assess, and improve processes to ensure appropriate levels of control, accuracy, and information are available.
• Partner effectively with senior leadership and central finance to support the team in identifying and building on opportunities.
• Reporting beyond the numbers with insightful trends and direction, be the translator of what the finances say into what they mean.
