Our growing client near Minchinhampton (Stroud), is looking to recruit a Finance Assistant into their team on a part-time, permanent basis. This is a great opportunity to join a friendly and hardworking team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with some previous finance/accounts experience to join a welcoming team. In return, the company can offer free parking and the ability to work your 22h per week flexibility between Monday - Friday plus the option to work on a hybrid basis once you are trained and settled into the role, though you must live within an easily commutable distance from the office.

Responsibilities

  • Financial/accounts administration.
  • Manage and be responsible for the Sales Ledger and Purchase Ledger.
  • Deal with expenses including reconciliation as well as scanning receipts and related documentation.
  • Manage the reconciliation of supplier statements.
  • Process Payments from customers and issue invoices and certificates of confirmation.
  • Any other ad hoc admin and finance tasks as required.
