- Store Incentive Management: Take ownership of the store incentive model, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organisational goals.
- Continuous Process Improvement: Drive ongoing enhancements in processes and reporting methods to streamline operations and increase efficiency.
- Balance Sheet Oversight: Provide meticulous oversight of balance sheet positions, particularly regarding bonus and holiday pay, to maintain financial health.
- Monthly Performance Commentary: Prepare insightful commentary on monthly performance, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.
- Analytical Insights and Risk Articulation: Offer valuable insights to enhance business performance and inform decision-making, while articulating risks and opportunities with a thorough understanding.

- A minimum of 3 years' finance experience
- Graduate-level qualification as an accountant (ACMA, ACCA, ACA), preferably newly qualified or a finalist.
- Strong problem-solving skills to tackle any challenges that come your way.
- Effective workload and time management abilities to keep up with our energetic environment.
- A knack for thriving in a fast-paced setting, just like the buzz of a busy coffee shop.
- An inquisitive and curious nature, always eager to learn and explore new opportunities.
- Proficiency in IT systems and advanced Excel skills for brewing up insightful reports and models.
