Robert Walters are delighted to have partnered with a market leader based in Crawley, who is looking to recruit an Finance Analyst (Part-Qualified) on a permanent basis. This role would particularly suit a CIMA/ACCA studier or finalist, who is looking to take on a broad commercial and reporting position within a large and progressive organisation.
This Finance Analyst (Part-Qualified) Will Be Responsible For
- Working closely with the Finance Business Partner to perform financial modelling in preparation for month end. In addition, support with updating forecast models.
- Produce monthly analysis from management accounts information.
- Assist in the production of monthly management accounts and monthly updated full year forecast.
- Support with the production of meaningful monthly results commentary for Finance Business Partner review.
- Journal preparation and posting for management accounting including calculation of accruals and prepayments.
- Analyse spend against budget and forecast, working closely with budget holders to discuss variances.
- Assist with producing timely financial analysis, monthly internal management information and KPI dashboards.
- Work closely with the Finance Business Partner, Analysts and Procurement team on various other analysis and modelling projects.
Experience And Qualifications Required
- CIMA/ACCA part-qualified or finalist.
- Previous experience within a commercial finance role would be beneficial.
- Reconciliation experience is essential, and any financial modelling knowledge would be beneficial.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
