Summit Learning Trust is seeking an enthusiastic and proactive individual to join its Central Finance Team as an Administrative Support. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and contribute to improving finance operations across the Trust.

Key Responsibilities:

πŸ“Š Finance Administration:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the finance team.
  • Assist with financial record-keeping, invoice processing, and budget tracking.
  • Support financial compliance and documentation processes.

πŸ“Œ General Office Duties:

  • Maintain and update spreadsheets and databases.
  • Assist with correspondence and liaise with internal/external stakeholders.
  • Support in document management, filing, and data entry.

πŸ’» IT & Software Usage:

  • Work with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) for finance-related tasks.
  • Ensure all data is accurately entered and maintained in financial systems.

πŸ‘₯ Collaboration & Communication:

  • Work closely with the finance and administration teams.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling financial information.

What We’re Looking For:

βœ” Education: GCSE Level 4 or above in Maths & English (or equivalent).
βœ” IT Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
βœ” Organization & Multitasking: Ability to work flexibly, prioritize tasks, and manage workload efficiently.
βœ” Communication & Teamwork: Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
βœ” Professionalism: Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle sensitive information with discretion.
