Field Service Technician

You will be working in an extremely niche industry with some of the finest wide format UV inkjet machinery and digital flatbed cutters in the world. We are currently seeking applications for any experienced service engineers with a background in the wide format industry with electronics, electro-mechanical and I.T experience.

This job will entail travel throughout the UK and some European destinations along with product training in Ankara from time to time.

We are looking for professional mannered, self-motivated, smart and conscientious engineers that will forge a relationship with customers, take ownership of calls and maintain their level of confidence with us.

A company vehicle or car allowance is available, phone, laptop and sales sharing incentives along with a generous holiday allowance.

Service is our utmost priority as this equipment must be running at all times, most customers have rapid response contracts with us so problem solving skills is essential although factory level support will always be available. Early starts and late finishes will be inevitable at times but very flexible hours depending

on workloads.
