Field Service Engineer

Description:

Proactive currently have an exciting opportunity for a Field Service Engineer to begin work for a leading manufacturing and production business in Sandy.

Due to rapid company expansion and an ever growing order book, our client is hoping to recruit at least one additional Field Service Engineer to help ensure the quality and accuracy of the factory's function is well maintained throughout this new and excited influx of work.

You will be responsible for:

• Performing site visits for the purpose of installation, commissioning, training, upgrades and breakdowns
• Providing telephone and/or email support for machine breakdowns
• Inputting service/spares/installation enquiries into the support log and assisting with keeping this updated
• Working with the spare parts co-ordinator to produce quotes for customers
• Provide technical support to customers as and when required by email, phone etc.
• Conduct site visits to assist with commissioning, fault finding etc.
• Complete in-house documentation as part of All-Fill's commitment to quality such as test plans, validation documents etc.
• Effectively liaise with in-house personnel as required to resolve build and design issues
