Description:
An opportunity has arisen for a Field Service Engineer / Customer Technical Support Engineer to join a leading FMCG Manufacturer on a permanent basis. The role is to support customers with technology based advice and problem solving expertise on their manufacturing assets, covering clients in UK and Ireland.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- out overhaul, maintenance of manufacturing assets within customers factories
- as the interface in identification and resolution of issues with regards to Customer and/or Consumer complaints, maintaining a high level of communication and professionalism with the customer.
- customers with improving line efficiencies and reduce waste and providing guidance to customers.
- and work with businesses own manufacturing sites with the identification and elimination of the causes of Customer complaints.
- as the interface in the development and deployment of new products and innovations, ensuring company and customer requirements are met.
- with the customer in coordinating trials of new products to ensure clear and necessary data is obtained and used in the review process
- specific Customer initiative projects, ensuring pro-active and professional customer relationships are maintained.
- the physical performance of the product, ensuring achievement of specification with regards to pressure, temperature, and peak performance.
